A free generative virtual workshop for BIPOC Creatives with poet Ally Ang!
In this workshop, we will dive headfirst into poetry exploring the sexual, sensual, and erotic, and unpack the messiness and shame that can come with writing about these subjects. With a theoretical grounding by Audre Lorde, we will read and discuss poems by Justin Chin, Lue Hughes, torrin a. greathouse, and Natasha Oladokun, and we will engage in generative writing exercises to write our own queer erotic poems.
